01 · Load your costs
Open a product CSV and map SKU, price and cost. Shopify product export headers are recognized. Updated cost and planned units are optional.

Set the sale, extra coupon, fees and margin target. See loss-making products and the maximum combined discount each SKU can support.

Before you run the numbers
What does “margin” include?
Contribution is discounted revenue less product cost, percentage fees and the other per-unit cost you enter. Margin is that contribution divided by discounted revenue. Include any allocated shipping, fulfillment or advertising cost in other cost per unit. This is not accounting net profit.
What file can I use?
A UTF-8, comma-separated CSV with a unique SKU, selling price and cost on every row. Use decimal points and one currency per file. Shopify product CSV headers are recognized, but blank-cost and image-only rows must be removed or completed. XLSX, multiple currencies and tax-inclusive conversions are not supported.
Does it upload or change my store?
No. Calculations run in your browser. Exports are review files, not Shopify import files. Check the final promotion and a sample of products in your store before publishing.
Is a free calculator enough?
For a few products, it may be. Try this tool before buying. The kit is for repeated bulk reviews, saved reports and offline use across larger catalogs.
What are the license and refund terms?
One buyer may use the kit for their own business and client work. You may share generated reports, but may not resell or redistribute the app. The offline kit includes a 14-day refund window. Purchase terms are available on Gumroad. Contact the seller through your purchase receipt for support or a refund request.
